These Terms of Service govern all access, browsing and inquiry submission behavior on KZUFY official website operated by SOUTHERN CROSS HEALTH LIMITED. By entering our website and filling out inquiry forms, you fully agree to abide by all clauses below. If you disagree with any terms, please stop using our site immediately.


1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
  • All users must be at least 18 years old; minor users can only submit inquiry information with parent or legal guardian consent.
  • All website operations must comply with local cross-border trade, food supplement and data protection laws applicable to your region.
  • This website only provides product display and inquiry collection service, and does not support independent online checkout, automatic payment or instant order shipment. All formal transaction contracts are confirmed offline via our consultant communication.

 

2. Inquiry Information Submission Rules

When you submit inquiry form, you promise to provide true, accurate and complete personal contact and delivery information. You shall bear full responsibility for all communication failures, delivery errors or order losses caused by false information you filled in. 3. Product Information Disclaimer

4. Inquiry & Order Acceptance Rules
  • Filling out inquiry forms on the website does not equal a binding purchase order. We retain full right to refuse follow-up order cooperation for reasons including insufficient product stock, abnormal demand volume, incomplete customer information or regional logistics restrictions.
  • Formal transaction takes effect only after both parties confirm quotation, delivery plan and complete payment offline. If we reject your order after inquiry communication, no payment will be generated, and no compensation liability shall arise.

 

5. Payment Terms

All payment channels and settlement methods will be notified one-on-one by our customer consultant after inquiry submission. By completing offline payment, you confirm that you hold legal authority to use the selected payment tool and authorize us to deduct the full amount including product fees, shipping charges and applicable cross-border taxes as agreed in offline communication.


6. Reference to Other Policies

All delivery rules shall refer to our Shipping & Logistics Policy; return, refund and exchange matters shall be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Refund Policy. These two policies are supplementary clauses of this Terms of Service.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product images, brand logos, formula introductions and design content on KZUFY official website are intellectual property owned by SOUTHERN CROSS HEALTH LIMITED, protected by global trademark and copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, editing or reposting of website content without written brand approval is strictly prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

Within the maximum scope permitted by law, KZUFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from website browsing, inquiry submission or offline orders. Our total maximum compensation liability for all disputes shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the corresponding batch of products.


9. User Indemnification Obligation

You agree to compensate, defend and exempt KZUFY, its directors, employees and global operation partners from all claims, losses, legal fees and expenses caused by your violation of this Terms of Service, false inquiry information or illegal use of website content.


10. Governing Law

This service clause is governed by the laws of New Zealand, excluding conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from website use and offline orders shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in Auckland, New Zealand.


11. Revision of Terms

We may update these service terms regularly. Modified clauses will be posted on this page with updated date. Your subsequent website access and inquiry submission after revision publication means you accept the updated terms.
